Account Registration
All customers placing orders must be of legal age and submit authentic personal information. One account shall correspond to one individual. Malicious bulk ordering and identity theft are prohibited.
Product Description
Disclaimer There may be slight color differences between product images displayed on screens and actual fabrics, which shall not be deemed as quality defects. Minor dimensional errors may exist due to manual measurement of curtains.
Pricing & Payment Rules
All listed prices exclude destination customs duties, local consumption taxes and shipping fees. Product prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice. Production will only be arranged upon full payment or confirmed deposit (if applicable).
Special Terms for Custom Products
All curtains are tailor-made custom goods. Any issues arising from self-submitted wrong measurements or improper fabric/color selection by customers shall not qualify for returns or exchanges. We only provide after-sales support for production errors on our side and product damage/quality defects.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation requests are acceptable only before production commences. Once raw materials are cut and production starts, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Intellectual Property Rights
All images, copywriting and the "Maren Drapery" logo on this website are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly forbidden.
Prohibited User Behaviors
We reserve the right to reject services or suspend orders for users who leave malicious negative reviews, harass customer service, file false compensation claims, launch cyberattacks against the website or commit any infringing acts.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for compensation caused by shipping delays, customs detention or force majeure events including natural disasters and port strikes. No compensation will be provided for any indirect losses incurred.
Governing Law for Disputes
Any disputes arising shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China or local laws of the customer’s receiving region.
